Shakeology+PB2=HEAVEN

Let me start out by saying how much I LOVE peanut butter. Love love llllllooooovvvvvveeee. I think most people have probably heard of this product already, but with so many new FRIENTS (that's what I call the people I'm coaching with Team BeachBody...it's a mix of the words Friend and Client) I want to make sure everyone is educated to help achieve the best experience possible with all products. PB2 is powdered peanut butter. There is regular PB2 and chocolate PB2. Both equally delicious. It has 85% less fat per serving than real peanut butter!!!!! 85%!!!! It retails for about $4.50 for a 6.5oz bottle. It's one if those things that I will ALWAYS purchase. It makes the Chocolate Shakeology infuckingcredible. It's insane with (frozen) bananas. Also killer with strawberries. I buy fresh fruit and freeze it for my Shakeology. I pre-peel my bananas and put them in a large ziploc freezer bag. I'll post a YouTube video shortly of this so you can see and it will just be another reminder of something you should try. I like my Shakeology frozen...like a treat. The frozen fruit acts like ice and cuts down on how much ice you have to add. Just my preference. Everyone has a different consistency preference. If you use milk, use SKIM milk (FAT-FREE). Remember to start reading labels on all your food. Let's avoid anything with FAT that we can. Don't be fooled by words like FAT-FREE though. Sometimes the sugar-free product will have just a tiny amount of fat in it but be 50%-75% less calories than the FAT-FREE version. My coffee creamer, that I purchased today, is a great example. Instead of buying the FAT-FREE creamer I opted for the SUGAR FREE creamer because of the calories and WHITE is bad....LOL. Anyway.... back to peanut butter.... For all my new FRIENTS out there that are getting ready to start on Shakeology and that also like peanut butter, I highly recommend purchasing some PB2. I ordered 4lbs off Amazon last month and thought I was a badass for finding it at $31.35 qualifying for FREE SHIPPING when you purchase $35 total on the same Amazon order. It was a savings of $12.75. That's almost 3 free bottles at retail pricing! I saved the link and check it every so often when I share it with my friends. I just checked it and I can't believe how cheap it is now. This is the cheapest I've ever seen PB2. Now it's a savings of over $14.00 and Amazon still has it listed as a FREE SHIPPING with a $35 total on the same Amazon order. Both items have to have the FREE SHIPPING with a $35 total special to qualify. It should be so easy to find something for $5 on Amazon that qualifies. It was for me!
