BreakTime

Time for a change and a break. Working on my book now and taking a little break from social media. I'll use this blog to chronicle my life's adventures for the next few weeks while I'm not on FaceBook or Twitter. Reconstructing the blog title, format and content. Hope you enjoy!

T25 with friends is... BETTER!

I'm 3 Days into T25 and I'm loving every minute of it. The food/meals have been phenomenal. I have a T25 Meals Album on my FaceBook with pictures of all the meals I'm eating, so check it out! So many different foods that I've never tried or even knew existed. Along with having a Shakeology daily for the last 3 months, completing a couple rounds of 21 Day Fix, and now following the T25 nutrition/exercise plan to a "T" has me feeling so fresh, energized, renewed, incredible... It's amazing how changing your diet can make such a big difference in the way you feel. I feel so "alive". I know it sounds corny, but it's 100% honest. The workouts are very challenging to say the least. I'm so incredibly proud of my two gal pals, Amanda and Meredith, for committing to the Challenge with us. I'm excited for what the next 57 days will bring. I know that keeping enthusiasm will be a struggle, but it's easier when you have excellent support. Our morning exercise, 2 mile walk, and breakfast together as a team is making this challenge special and exciting for me! I'll be going on my fourth cruise in the last year in 33 days and I'm so excited to have my "cruise body" finally taking shape! I'm making better choices with food, exercising regularly and can tell such a difference in the way I feel and how much of a positive impact this entire process is making in my everyday life. It's not easy. It's called a "challenge" for a reason. Do you have an exercise buddy? Group? What do you use for a support system? Having a buddy or a group really helps with encouragement and inspiration to keep this healthy process moving forward! I'm grateful for my TEAM today! Have a FIT day!
